Transformative Meditation targets at the core inner self, which is an inside out wisdom, emotional and spiritual transformation process. Transformative Meditation enables one to eliminate all the factors that defile our behaviors in delivering positive results, reduce waste mental factors that bring about inefficiencies and ineffectiveness in our organization, create new productive behaviors and raise the standards of productive behaviors. By abandoning unproductive activities, executives could increase their effectiveness by concentrating on result areas. This is made possible by the training of mindfulness, awakefulness and consciousness in meditation.
Professor Peter Drucker attributed a great deal of the blame for these misdirected activities to top management for encouraging, whether consciously or unconsciously, administrative policies that diffused the principle of concentration. Right concentration is an important mental quality in meditation journey, as without right concentration, it is harder to see the realities directly and thus new knowledge of truth is made harder to obtain. Thus, right mindfulness and right concentration are the necessary fulcrum for continued intellectual growth needed for the individuals and the organizations.
Transformative Meditation allows us to understand the behavioral patterns and dynamics of the markets and competitiveness by getting us to directly know in-depth the natural workings of our six sense channels.

Transformative Meditation allows us to understand the entire working process of attitudes and behaviors which resolves the typical problem faced by organization as depicted by blind men understanding what they sense. Transformative Meditation enables innermost transformation at the root level of our behaviors, attitudes and wisdom.
Thus we become proactive in taking responsibility for defining information needs
and do not wait for an information specialist to determine them. Be aware that
effectiveness demands a commitment to understanding the job thoroughly, both
in breadth and depth. Replace superficial activity with substantial results.
Define results through meaningful measurement and appropriate feedback.
And also act on the assumption that what is right is a more important decision
than who is right.

Transformative Meditation is a step-by-step scientific process that transforms our inner self in order to help us deliver positive individual, group and organizational results. Besides, it also broadens our knowledge domains so that we can collectively face up to the competition more effectively.

Transformative Meditation Practice enables the 5R functions on HRD (Human Resource Development) to spirally transform and grow to meet the organization’s today and tomorrow goals, and also to strategically interconnect to corporate strategic plan level. In addition transformative meditation transforms the relationship or partnership between superiors and subordinates: for instance, recognize the need to give respect and self-esteem to the person and the craft, study and design the job so that the objectives are mutually agreed upon and understood, specify the expectations of tasks, provide the necessary tools for performance, set a good example, communicate the corporate mission, establish standards for performance, enable the person to perform against stated objectives, stress that what matters is not creativity but the capacity to do, provide an opportunity for the development of potential, and create an atmosphere where good people can grow. These simple principles demand serious work at the root of employee behavioral and attitudinal levels.
In short, transformative meditation that works on the inner self builds up trust, which is a central common denominator of the organization involving in out-performing the fierce competition. When in trust, people are more calm, tranquilized, and have the lucid clarity to interpret the situations better and thus are more effective in responding to crises, demanding situations and corporate visions. For instance, employees with trusting relationship are more open and willing to ask the following questions which are both necessary and important for organizations and the individuals to excel:
1) Who has to use my knowledge to be effective?
2) What way does he or she depend on me - for information, feedback, productivity, and approval?
3) Whom do I depend on for similar things in order to be effective?
4) What do I do that helps me do what I am being paid for?
5) What do I do that hampers other people?
6) What do others do that helps me, and what do they do that interferes with my work?
7) When, where, and in what form do people require information from me?
8) After a decision has been made, who has to know that it has been made, and what people are required to make it effective?
All these questions which are hiding deep inside us are now open friendly questions that are obvious to anyone. This can only be made possible by going through a meditation that understands our inner self, at the bodily level, the feeling level, the perception level, the mental state and its mental products level. Meditation brings about loving kindness, by treating everyone on equal basis as a result of directly seeing the reality of inter-relationship among people, nature and the environments.

Besides, people who are trained in the transformative meditation will become an effective team player. They will consciously and responsibly have to assume greater responsibility, sharpen their skills in working with others of different backgrounds and temperaments, and learn the techniques for working on more than one type of team, and they know that because teams cannot be developed overnight, trust and the value of teamwork must be constantly endorsed and reinforced mutually among each other.
Without a focus on the inner self transformation, the concepts of working harder and working smarter are both futile, and collective synergy is weakened, and organizational opportunity to win is jeopardized.
