3.    What language is used in the course?

Our well trained facilitators and teammates will take care of all your needs during this workshop. English is the main language of communication. During the individual interview, Mandarin, Thai and French can be an alternative language upon request (subject to availability).

The untrained mind is like monkey who is naughty and difficult to be tamed. If you don’t meditate daily, it’s hard to calm your mind to the satisfactory result within a few days. Therefore, first few days are essential to familiarize yourselves in the new environment, to stabilize the state of mind, learn our new methods of meditation and get ready the mind to be calm enough to reveal itself in our intensive activities in the next few days towards the end of the workshop.

5.    Is this course based on any religious belief?

No. This course is not based on any religious belief. In fact, by cultivating the mind based on our transformative meditation method, you will board on the journey towards the true understanding of mind and nature which leads to ultimate wisdom that in turn helps to eliminate all types of pain and suffering in this world.

6.    Is this a silent meditation workshop?

No. The only time you are silent is when you need to contemplate and investigate your mind during walking and sitting meditation; and of course on others appropriate circumstances.

You are free to voice out your views anytime during Q&A sessions, individual interview, and after each lesson conducted to broaden your understanding about our method and others relevant topics. This kind of sharing will also help us understand you better, to gauge if you really understand our methods and objectives of each activity.
